Apartments & Prices

Nature enters the room, settles in, enjoys the view and creates a cosy home from home –
your holiday home.

It is the rustic reclaimed wood, the cosy fabrics and special touches that make our 2025 newly built apartments a fine place of well-being.

    • Our prices are for 2 people per night. The local tax of €2.10 per day and person (from 14 years of age) is not included in the price and is calculated separately on site.

    • Minimum stay: 4 nights (short stays are possible by arrangement and for an extra charge of 10% of the total amount).

    • Children under 3 years: free of charge

    • Children from 3 to 8 years: 25 € per night

    • Children from 9 to 13 years: 35 € per night

    • Children/adults from 14 years: 45 € per night

    • From 7 nights: 5 % discount on the total amount

    • Extra beds: on request and at an extra charge

    • An- und Abreise

    • Ihr könnt bei uns zwischen 15.00 und 20.00 Uhr anreisen. Am Abreisetag könnt ihr bis 09.00 Uhr in eurem Apartment bleiben. Falls ihr gerne früher anreisen oder später abreisen möchtet, ruft uns bitte an. Ihr bekommt bei der Anreise die Zimmerkarte, mit welcher ihr dann autonom zu jeder Zeit ins Haus gelangt.

    • Angeld und Bezahlung
      Eure Reservierung gilt als bindend, sobald das Angeld (30 % des Gesamtbetrages) bei uns eingegangen ist. Unsere Bankdaten teilen wir euch bei der Buchungsbestätigung mit. 

    • Ihr könnt die Rechnung am Tag vor der Abreise oder am Abreisetag zu den Rezeptionszeiten begleichen. Wir akzeptieren Bargeld (bis zu 1.999,99 €), EC-Karten oder Kreditkarten (Visa, MasterCard). 

    • The unexpected can happen. That is why we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to cover the costs in the event of cancellation. For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, we will refund the deposit. For cancellations at shorter notice, we charge as follows:

    • up to 14 days before arrival: 80% of the deposit will be retained.

    • from 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the deposit will be retained.

    • In case of early departure: 100% of the room rate will be charged.
